Jonathan Engbrecht

Jonathan Engbrecht is a strategic thinker, consultant, mentor and renaissance man. He has spent nearly 20 years in countless ministry endeavors while simultaneously working as an engineer, mostly in research and development. He holds two degrees in electrical engineering, including a Bachelor’s from the University of Minnesota and a master’s from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. He is a passionate problem-solver, drawing on his broad experience and training in ministry, engineering and business. Specifically, Jonathan has served in megachurch, small congregation and nonprofit settings in both vocational and volunteer capacities. This includes missions work, youth pastoring, speaking and training, mentoring, facilities management, content development, and worship arts. He has also worked extensively in the tech space, including systems design, software development and architecture, R&D, requirements analysis and project management.
More recently, Jonathan has started consulting with both ministries and tech companies on a variety of subjects. His greatest passion over the years though has been discipling and mentoring the next generation of Christian leaders. He has personally mentored dozens of young men in faith, vocation and simply life. His other top passion has been using his analytical training as an engineer to help bring creative biblical solutions to address some of the most pressing issues facing the church today. On a personal note, Jonathan also enjoys sports, music, the outdoors, superhero films, and searching for amazing food and beverage experiences!
Steve Siewert
Graphics I Imagery I Layout
Steve Siewert is a creative director, graphic designer, and visual storyteller with more than 30 years of experience in branding, photography, and video production. He has spent his career leading creative initiatives while actively investing his time and talents in ministry and outreach. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Fine Arts with a focus in Graphic Design from the University of Wisconsin–Stout.
Steve is a collaborative and purpose-driven creative, drawing on his experience in brand development, advertising, photography, and video to communicate meaningful stories. He has worked with a wide range of organizations—from national brands to churches and nonprofits—bringing clarity, creativity, and impact to their messaging. His work spans brand identity, ad campaigns, digital and print design, website development, and visual content creation.
Alongside his professional work, Steve has been deeply engaged in missions and humanitarian efforts. He and his wife, Brandy, co-founded Java Relief, a nonprofit coffee initiative that raises funds to support children at risk around the world.
More recently, Steve has led his independent studio, Thirst Creative, partnering with organizations to elevate their brand and mission. His greatest passion is using creativity to serve others, advance the gospel, and bring hope to the vulnerable. On a personal note, Steve and Brandy have been married for over 30 years and have a son and a daughter; they enjoy serving together in ministry, traveling, and investing in their family.
